Located deep downtown Toronto Canada, we were presented with a challenge to turn what currently is a rundown parking lot, off Queen St. West into a multipurpose building that shares commercial and residential fuctions.
Erin Community Centre
Concept Design/ Revit/ Lumion
An old community library in the city that was built when the area was still developing. As the building has some heritage value, the city is not able to take the entire building down and rebuild something new in it place, so a renovation will be required, it also is looking to expand and update its appearance.
Industrial Building

The site of this building is located in Markham, west of Highway 404. This project focus on details/ working drawings set that showcase the drafting techniques from floor plans, elevations, sections and details.

The project has location at Whitney Dr, Mississauga. As the time goes by, the house is getting older even though it's a nice and cozy place. Renovation is required to meet the daily needs of entire family.

Architecture Competition

The project captures the beauty and the greenness of the landscape, the house represents one of the most well-known traditional activities of Latvian. The main intention is to create a simple guest house with a unique shape, yet still have complexity in circulation.
